# NoahAI Client v3.9.1.12 strategy hub, manual, and validation-trust reference

Last updated: 2026-08-27 (KST)

## Version and distribution status

- Current user-available Windows release: **v3.9.1.11**.
- Current source candidate: **v3.9.1.12 Web UI Strategy Hub, Manual & Trust Patch**.
- v3.9.1.12 is not a public Windows release until a matching installer, blockmap, `latest.yml`, source fingerprint, v3.9.1.11-to-v3.9.1.12 upgrade, rollback, and strategy export/submission/download/import E2E checks are complete.
- A source change, automated test pass, or website notice is not evidence that a Windows installer has been published.

## What v3.9.1.12 adds

v3.9.1.12 connects NoahAI Client's AI Custom strategy packages with the free-beta strategy hub operated on DALTrading. The Client provides strategy-package export and opens the official member submission flow. DALTrading receives member submissions into private review, supports operator review and approval, publishes a validation passport for approved strategies, and provides controlled downloads.

Official strategy-hub routes:

- Browse: https://daltrading.net/strategies
- Beginner guide: https://daltrading.net/strategies/guide
- Member submission: https://daltrading.net/strategies/submit

## How a member submits a strategy

1. In NoahAI Client, create or revise an AI Custom strategy version.
2. Review the structured rules, unsupported items, risk conditions, and source rights.
3. Export the selected version as a `.noahstrategy` package. API keys, credentials, account identifiers, and unrelated local settings must not be included.
4. Sign in to DALTrading and open the member submission page.
5. Upload the package and enter the public description, supported market and venue, risk notes, source/license declaration, and distribution rights.
6. The submission is stored as a private review item under a server-generated review ID. It is not public or downloadable before operator approval.

Submission is not automatic. Saving a strategy in NoahAI Client stores it in the user's account-specific local strategy area; it does not upload the strategy to NoahAI Labs or DALTrading.

## Download and import safety

An approved package downloaded from the hub is imported into NoahAI Client as an inactive review version. Download or import does not start trading. The user must inspect the source evidence and diff, approve the version, run automatic checks, and complete PAPER validation before enabling it. LIVE remains subject to the user's execution permissions, account and venue readiness, order constraints, and risk guardrails.

## Validation passport and ranking evidence

The validation passport separates evidence instead of displaying a single promotional win rate. Depending on available evidence it may include:

- package integrity hash and reviewed version;
- author/right declaration and review time;
- unused-period or walk-forward results;
- fees, slippage, market-regime, and stress assumptions;
- maximum drawdown and net result by currency;
- PAPER observation period and strategy-version attribution;
- confirmed LIVE fills only when an auditable venue/order ledger supports them;
- limitations, invalid or missing calculations, and guardrail events.

Self-reported win rate, screenshots, or a value embedded in the strategy package are not ranking proof. KRW and USDT results must not be added without an explicit conversion method and timestamp. Missing evidence is shown as missing or unverified, not converted to zero or treated as a loss.

## Why backtesting alone is insufficient

Backtests can be distorted by look-ahead bias, survivor bias, parameter overfitting, incomplete delisting data, unrealistic fill assumptions, omitted fees/slippage/funding, and selection of a favorable period. A strategy that performs well in historical replay may fail in a new market regime or under real liquidity and order constraints.

NoahAI therefore treats historical replay as one evidence layer. It does not certify future returns. A stronger review uses untouched periods, walk-forward checks, cost and delay stress, regime segmentation, PAPER forward validation, and auditable fills. None of these removes investment risk or guarantees profit.

## Current and later phases

Current free-beta scope:

- strategy discovery and category browsing;
- beginner guidance;
- member-submitted private review;
- operator approval;
- validation-passport display;
- controlled package download and inactive import.

Later commercial gates may include creator/team profiles, licensing, payments, settlement, refunds, disputes, moderation, tax/accounting, and jurisdiction-specific legal controls. These are not current free-beta features.

Blockchain is optional evidence infrastructure, not the marketplace itself. A later phase may anchor a package hash, creator signature, review hash, and approval timestamp so that later changes can be detected. It does not prove that a strategy is profitable, lawful, original, or safe, and it does not replace server review, identity, rights, payment, dispute, or regulatory processes.

## Product boundary

NoahAI is AI financial decision infrastructure and a financial wealth OS. AI Custom and the strategy hub are important parts of that platform, not the entire company or product. NoahAI does not provide guaranteed returns, regulatory approval, or automatic authorization to trade. Users retain control over API credentials, account permissions, strategy approval, PAPER/LIVE mode, start/stop, and risk limits.

## Source hierarchy

- User-available build and asset identity: official GitHub release assets and updater metadata.
- Client behavior: the matching installed build, its in-app manual, runtime logs, and account-specific records.
- Strategy-hub membership and review workflow: DALTrading operating pages.
- Product definition, release boundary, and public technical interpretation: NoahAI Labs release notes and this reference.
