# NoahAI v3.9.1.26 public product and Strategy Studio facts

Updated: 2026-09-10

## Release identity

- Public Windows release: NoahAI v3.9.1.26
- Official release: https://github.com/nwsoft/ai-trading-client/releases/tag/v3.9.1.26
- Published assets: installer, blockmap, `latest.yml`, and `release-manifest.json` under the same version
- External observation remains necessary for each user's credentials, broker environment, Windows DPI, network, and long-duration operation.

## What Strategy Studio does

NoahAI Strategy Studio connects source material, constrained execution rules, user approval, replay, PAPER forward validation, guarded operation, and versioned evidence. Supported inputs include natural-language ideas, Pine source supplied with permission, documents, PDFs, images, videos, YouTube references, and TradingView material that can be lawfully accessed.

It does not bypass protected Pine, certify a financial product, guarantee future returns, or silently invent missing entry, exit, direction, indicator, threshold, TP, or SL logic.

## TradingView and NoahAI

TradingView provides charting, Pine strategies, historical simulation, realtime-bar forward testing, alerts, and a broker emulator. NoahAI initially complements that workflow:

1. Explore or author an idea in TradingView.
2. Bring source the user owns or is allowed to use into Strategy Studio.
3. Compare source meaning with executable rules and identify missing, unsupported, repainting-sensitive, lookahead, direction, and unit risks.
4. Approve an exact version and run market-data PAPER validation without depositing live trading capital.
5. Keep venue, broker, currency, PAPER/LIVE mode, and version evidence separate.
6. Share an inactive `.noahstrategy` package so recipients can review, approve, and PAPER-validate again in their own environment.

NoahAI's category claim is not that it invented backtesting. The product vision is a strategy-validation passport lifecycle that connects source meaning, fail-closed rule compilation, exact-version evidence, market-regime and account guardrails, and recipient-side revalidation.

## v3.9.1.26 guided authoring

- Authoring paths: source-faithful, guided clarification, or NoahAI base delegation
- These paths do not change Levels 1–4.
- AI asks about missing conditions and shows examples, but examples are not automatically selected.
- Only the user's confirmed response is stored as separate evidence with its own integrity reference.
- Existing source files are not overwritten.
- Explicit crypto margin and stock/ETF per-symbol allocation phrases compile into the shared bounded risk contract.
- Unitless percentages are rejected rather than guessed.
- Level 1 is an easy-start view; Levels 2–4 progressively expose review and editing depth. No level disables approval, account limits, daily-loss protection, order checks, TP/SL safety, or emergency stop.

## PAPER and evidence continuity

- PAPER uses market data, isolated virtual funds and positions, simulated fills, costs, and slippage. It is not confirmed LIVE execution.
- Validation can be paused and resumed without discarding the current attempt or its elapsed active period and outcomes.
- A sibling strategy version cannot silently replace the version currently under PAPER validation.
- Detailed local PAPER trade export is scoped to one exact strategy key and version. It may include recorded times, prices, direction, holding period, size, leverage, costs, PnL, reasons, effective TP/SL, Smart Exit evidence, regime, and sizing constraints.
- Missing legacy values are shown as not recorded, not fabricated as zero.
- Personal detailed trades are not automatically uploaded to daltrading and are not embedded in shared `.noahstrategy` packages.

## Venue and asset boundaries

- Crypto adapters: Binance, Upbit, Bithumb, Bybit, Bitget, and OKX
- Korean securities adapters: Kiwoom, Shinhan, Mirae Asset, and Korea Investment
- KRW spot and stock results are not summed with USDT futures without an explicit currency-conversion policy.
- Stock and ETF execution preserves spot-only one-times leverage, integer quantities, held-quantity sell limits, and broker-specific order constraints.
- Runtime readiness still depends on each institution's credentials, permissions, market hours, operating system, and network.

## Strategy Hub evidence boundary

- E0: creator rights self-declaration plus package and IR structure integrity; no performance rank or score
- E1: historical replay evidence
- E2: out-of-sample and walk-forward evidence
- E3: PAPER forward-validation evidence
- E4: bounded execution observation
- E5: accumulated confirmed-fill evidence

The daltrading Strategy Hub currently operates as a free public beta. E0 is not profitability validation or operator-certified ownership. Paid strategy sales, Noah Point payment, creator settlement, and formal dispute operations remain a later commercial phase.

## Safety statement

Past results, replay, PAPER, and confirmed fills do not guarantee future performance. Users remain responsible for source rights, approval, account credentials, risk limits, execution permissions, and final LIVE activation.
