# NoahAI v3.9.1.16 public execution-market boundary

Date: 2026-08-29
Status: current stable public Windows release; external-environment feedback validation continues

## Venue execution contract

- Upbit and Bithumb are KRW spot venues. They do not open a new SHORT or use leverage.
- A spot sell signal can close only a NoahAI-managed LONG. Manual holdings, airdrops, and externally acquired assets are not treated as NoahAI-owned positions.
- Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Bitget use their USDT futures execution contracts and can evaluate LONG and SHORT independently.
- PAPER preserves the same product semantics: KRW spot LONG/close versus USDT futures LONG/SHORT.
- Upbit market buy submits approved KRW cost; market sell submits managed base-asset quantity. This parameter contract is not copied to other venues.

## Public release evidence

Distribution does not prove defect-free operation on every exchange, account, clock, network, or Windows environment. Long-running PAPER, approved minimal LIVE, update/restart, shutdown, reconciliation, and rollback evidence remain separate operational gates.
