## PAPER 청산 복구·전략 평가 입력 보호

- PAPER 부분·전체청산의 확정 원장과 잔여 포지션을 재시작 때 대조하며, 저장 오류·강제 종료 후 복구와 중복 청산 차단을 보강했습니다. Binance 별도 PAPER 엔진에도 적용합니다.
- 계약 단위 근거가 없거나 잘못된 해외 선물 과거 기록은 원본을 보존하고 미확정·무효로 구분합니다. 검증 손익·가용자금에서 제외하며 근거 부족·손상·원장 변경을 새 평가로 우회하지 않습니다.
- 전략 개선 평가 전에 규칙·기본 봉·추가 시간봉의 엄격 JSON 입력을 검증합니다. NaN·무한대·직렬화 불가 입력은 재생 없이 실패하며 후보 승인·자동 적용·LIVE 승격을 허용하지 않습니다.
- 3.9.2.4~3.9.2.5에서 상황부터 내부 금융상품을 탐색하고 최대 4개 관심 상품을 비교하며, 견적 없는 계획 저장·암호화 재무 조건·만료 재점검·회신 견적 대조·가계부 검색과 가져오기 중복 확인을 추가했습니다. 선택 AI 설명은 미리보기·전송 동의·사용자 검토를 거칩니다.
- 3.9.2.6~3.9.2.7에서 선정·제외 이유, 미확정 주문과 예약, KRW/USDT 가용잔고 구분, 제한된 실행 정책 복원, 시간 분리·비용 스트레스 평가와 계약 단위 기반 PAPER 계산을 보강했습니다. 기존 승인·계정·위험 보호를 유지합니다.
- 대시보드와 업데이트 카드에 현재 매뉴얼의 버전·변경 제목·요약을 표시합니다. 초기 보험 탐색 자료는 4개 회사·7개 안내 자료이며 전체 시장 최적 추천이나 가입 승인 서비스가 아닙니다.

실제 OCX 로그인·LIVE 계정·Provider 실호출·공급사/상담사 수신, 3.9.2.7→3.9.2.8 설치·자동 업데이트·롤백과 24/72시간 운용은 별도 미완료입니다. 허브 서버 배포는 포함하지 않습니다. 청산 복구 대기 중인 3.9.2.8 데이터를 3.9.2.7로 넘겨 거래를 재개하지 마세요. 로컬 계산·합성 시험은 실제 견적·가입·외부 접수나 수익 보장이 아닙니다.

## PAPER close recovery and strategy-evaluation input protection

- Reconciles committed PAPER partial/full-close ledgers with remaining positions on restart, strengthening recovery after storage errors or forced exits and blocking duplicate closes, including the separate Binance PAPER engine.
- Preserves historical overseas-futures records with missing or invalid contract-unit evidence and marks them unresolved or invalid. They are excluded from verified PnL and available funds; missing evidence, corruption or ledger changes cannot be bypassed with a fresh evaluation.
- Validates strict JSON evidence for rules, base bars and additional timeframes before strategy-improvement evaluation. NaN, infinity or non-serializable inputs fail before replay and cannot approve candidates, auto-apply changes or promote to LIVE.
- Versions 3.9.2.4–3.9.2.5 added situation-led internal product discovery, comparison of up to four saved products, plans without quotes, encrypted financial inputs, expiry rechecks, returned-quote comparison, ledger search and import deduplication. Optional AI explanations require preview, transmission consent and user review.
- Versions 3.9.2.6–3.9.2.7 strengthened selection/exclusion reasons, unresolved orders and reservations, separate KRW/USDT available funds, bounded policy restoration, time-separated and cost-stress evaluation, and contract-unit PAPER calculations. Existing approval, account and risk protection remain.
- Dashboard and update cards use the current manual version, change title and summary. Initial insurance discovery covers four companies and seven guidance materials, not full-market optimization or enrollment approval.

Real OCX login, LIVE accounts, Provider calls, supplier/adviser receipt, 3.9.2.7→3.9.2.8 installation/automatic update/rollback and 24/72-hour operation remain pending external validation. This release does not deploy the Hub server. Do not resume trading in 3.9.2.7 using 3.9.2.8 data with pending close recovery. Local calculations and synthetic tests do not confirm quotes, enrollment, external receipt or future returns.
