Portable strategy package
A .noahstrategy package carries rules, evidence, versions, and validation metadata. Sharing a file is not the same as approving it for execution in NoahAI.

Members submit directly to daltrading, track review and visibility, and download approved strategies. Performance fees and a paid Marketplace are not in the current operating scope.
